Our AWANA group meets on Sunday afternoons from 5:00PM to 7:00PM. AWANA is an acronym for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed which is taken from II Timothy 3:15, “Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman who is not ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth.”
AWANA is an achievement-oriented, achievement recognized and rewarded club that encourages, supports and teaches scripture memorization to children. Children will receive awards that they will wear on their uniforms as they progress. We offer AWANA Classes to children age 3 years thru 5th grade. During club time children will learn the Word of God and hide it in their hearts. They will also have a great time playing games and competing in contests each month that are wacky and fun.
